Chelsea Petersen

Get to know Chelsea: Chelsea became a therapist to help others achieve happiness and fulfillment. Guiding individuals through tough times to find joy, even if it’s different from their initial expectations, is what drives her passion for therapy.

Spencer Dutson

Get to know Spencer: He chose therapy because he recognized the importance of healthy family and couple dynamics. Seeing the positive impact of healthy relationships inspired him to become a marriage and family therapist. He found a passion for couples and trauma therapy due to his belief that addressing past trauma and improving relationships can significantly improve a person’s well-being.

Julie Dymock

Get to know Julie: Julie’s journey into therapy was influenced by her own experience with mental health in her late 20s and the transformative impact of the two therapists she worked with. They helped her understand herself better and improved her effectiveness as a person. She’s passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Conrad Cannell

Get to know Conrad: Conrad became a therapist because he found himself naturally suited for the role. Growing up as a middle child and a peacemaker, he enjoyed helping his family and found fulfillment in being with people.

Laura Whitney

Get to know Laura: Therapy is a second career for Laura, who spent 27 years in the corporate print and mail industry before deciding to pursue something more meaningful. She chose therapy to contribute positively to the world.

Sebrina Woodland

Get to know Sebrina: Therapy has been a dream and a natural transition for Sebrina as she has always felt a pull to be a helper and a listener. Building a career in this field at a later stage in life has given her a unique perspective. She has personally experienced many joys and intense struggles in physical and mental health, as well as in her relationships that allow for a deep level of empathy, lived experience and an accepting attitude toward every person she meets. She cares deeply and is passionate about what therapy can do.

Isadora Ferreira De Melo

Get to know Isa: Isadora’s passion for relationships led her to therapy. Being a romantic, she loves observing families and people. She wanted a career that would allow her to improve people’s relationships, which she believes are among the most important aspects of life.

Sarah Jeppson

Client Journey Specialist: Sarah is currently studying psychology at Utah State University and hopes to become a therapist in the future. She is fascinated by the human brain and inspired by the strength that human beings have. She values authenticity and human connection. Her own mental health journey, as well as others’ stories, have inspired her and made her passionate about the mental health field. She hopes to help others by sharing her story and advocating for mental health.

Anthony McDonald

Client Journey Specialist: Anthony found his home at Cache Valley Counseling in August of 2022 and is very happy to be there. He was always looking for a place where he wasn’t just going through the motions to collect a paycheck but rather a place where he could serve others and help struggling people.
