Returning home from a mission is a major adjustment. Being an early-release missionary can be even more challenging. The good news is - you’re not alone. Cache Valley Counseling offers a support group for returned missionaries and early-release missionaries who need help adjusting to “post-mission life.”

Who: Every missionary knows that adjusting to life back at home is a challenge, so bring a friend and let’s talk!
What: Lead therapist, Julie L. Dymock (AAMFT), will guide each session with both formal instruction, and opportunities for confidential sharing within the group. We’ll have Q&A time too! Sessions will include discussions about guilt and shame, adapting to “the world”, dating, social media, deepening your testimony, the Doctrine of Christ, planning for your future, and more.
When: This six-week session runs Sept 26 through Dec 12 (held bi-weekly).

Cost: Come check it out for a complimentary first session! ($10 per session afterwards.) Bring a friend and BOGO. Cash or credit card accepted. Payment required at each session. Or, for extra savings, pre-pay for all six sessions for $45 (BOGO does not apply for pre-pay).
Attendance: Please arrive 10 minutes before each group. Dress is casual. Attend one - or all six sessions! If you miss a session, you can attend in January when the group starts up again.
