Shanna joined Cache Valley Counseling to manage operations and front desk services, bringing over a decade of experience in business and management. She has worn many hats, from running her own (solo & very small) startup to leading teams in small businesses, and has always been drawn to the operational and service side of business. She’s passionate about creating seamless experiences by combining organization, data, and human connection. Currently pursuing her Master of Science in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University, she’s continually honing her skills to make a greater impact.

She chose Cache Valley Counseling because the team truly practices its mission and core values, a few (but not all) being empathy, integrity and respect. Working alongside such an amazing and versatile group of people who care deeply about the community makes the work incredibly rewarding. She feels grateful to be part of an organization that genuinely wants to help others and make a difference.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and playing video games. She’s a lover of puzzles, books, gardening, traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Coolest place she’s traveled: a tie between Iceland and Costa Rica. Both for the natural and ‘clean’ beauty in two drastically different ways and the welcoming and amazing cultures.
