"Loved coming to counseling for me and my husband. Had amazing insight into our relationship and fantastic conversations about how to improve our communication to one and other."

Kelley V.

"This office has been amazing to work with! Right from the beginning with the phone call to make sure that you are put with the therapist that will be the best fit for you. They make you feel very comfortable and validate you along the way. I don’t think I could have had a better experience!"

Liz B.

“The environment at the office alone is very peaceful and it feels like a safe place. Therapy seemed scary for me to start because I felt I was admitting something was wrong and I refused to do so but honestly, we could all use some help from people who have genuinely studied the brain and human habits. I highly suggest going to Cache Valley Counseling."

P Hughes.

"Everyone was so kind and helpful. It took me a while to accept that I needed some help, but I am so glad I did. My therapist really helped me understand where my anxiety and depression was coming from. She gave me tools to be able to deal with my anxiety that has helped tremendously."

M Paige.

"Therapy through CVC has changed my life. I have grown into a completely new person. My therapist was so kind and validating in a way no one else in my life had ever been before. I truly felt like she cared about me and my wellbeing. I learned so much about myself and developed a plethora of strategies to manage my anxiety and inner critic."

G Savannah.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Therapy

Do you offer in-person or online therapy?

We provide both! Clients can choose between in-person sessions at our Logan, Utah office or secure telehealth sessions from the comfort of their home. We’re happy to accommodate what works best for your schedule and comfort level.

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is about getting to know you—your goals, your experiences, and what’s bringing you to therapy. There’s no pressure to dive into anything too deep right away. We’ll talk through what to expect moving forward and begin building a plan that works for you.

How long does therapy usually last?

It depends on your goals and needs. Some clients feel significant relief in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support for deeper work. Most therapy sessions are scheduled weekly and last 50 minutes. We’ll regularly check in on your progress to ensure your therapy is meeting your needs.

How do I know which therapist is right for me?

We know how important the right fit is. Our Client Journey Specialist will speak with you directly to understand your needs and match you with a therapist who fits your goals, preferences, and personality. You can also learn more about each therapist on our team page.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help?

That’s more common than you think—and it doesn’t mean therapy won’t work for you. Many clients come to us after previous experiences that didn’t meet their needs. Our approach is rooted in emotional safety, connection, and personalization. We take time to listen and adapt the process to you—not the other way around.

How do I get started?

It’s simple. Just reach out through our contact form or give us a call. From there, we’ll schedule your first session and guide you every step of the way.
