Client Journey Specialist
Experience and Background:
- I have worked in retail and customer service the whole time I’ve been working. I’ve worked at big box stores, local sporting goods stores, a mortgage company, and most recently I spent 7+ years working in the running event space with Ragnar Relay Events and traveled to random places across the country for 12+ weekends throughout those years.
Skills and Strengths:
- I love people and love creating connections with them. I am a good listener and try my hardest to help everyone the best that I know how. You’ll most likely find me with a smile on my face or laughing about something (It’s been said that my spirit animal is a Golden Retriever, I really just want to be everyone’s friend).
Role at the Clinic:
- I work at the front desk in the evenings, I’m the one you can ask most questions to and I will try my hardest to answer them the best that I can.
Why You Joined the Team:
- I am a Psychology student at USU, graduating in spring of 2027 and I was looking for experience within a clinic before I start working on getting my Master’s in the next couple of years. I really felt like I connected with the team very quickly and it feels like I’ve been here for forever (in a good way)
Hobbies and Interests:
- I enjoy reading when I have time, baking, cooking, running, lifting weights, biking, being in the sunshine, going to concerts, listening to all kinds of music, and hanging out with family, friends, my husband and our two kitty kids. I also love to travel and have been to 38/50 states.
Fun Fact or Quirky Detail:
- I did an internship program at Walt Disney World starting in January of 2020 until the world shut down during the pandemic. It was one of the best experiences of my whole life and I loved every second of it. I am always down for a Disney trip.
